2023 - Full Time Analyst - Global Banking - Investment Banking Group

BUSINESS OVERVIEW

The Investment Banking Group provides Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) advisory services across North America. You will work within the Execution Group, providing support to deal teams on ongoing live buy-side and sell-side transaction execution, including maintaining buyer logs, assisting with due-diligence efforts and participating in calls with clients, buyers and advisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist on the marketing and execution of M&A transactions.
• Prepare and produce marketing materials.
• Build detailed financial models.
• Perform business valuations utilizing public market and M&A transaction multiples and the discounted cash flow and LBO valuation methodologies.
• Perform industry and company specific research.
• Provide all other support as assigned.

COMPENSATION:

The base salary for this position in New York is $100K.
